Project Pieces

I kept myself busy today and worked all day on a couple project pieces I picked up this weekend.
The first is a chrome eyeball tree lamp.  Every bit of wiring had to be replaced from the plug to the fixtures.  I even added a new dimmer switch, new light bulbs, and polished all the chrome.

This piece was difficult, time consuming, and costly to restore but the final result was worth it all.
Now available at the Vintage Design Collective for $395.

The next piece was a pretty cool record consul but the low flat base on it lacked any style.

I removed the base and added a set of hairpin legs.  Now it is a perfect height to use as an entry table or media center.  The center dividers can be removed for more storage.

The hairpin legs add lots of modern style and giving it a floating look.  SOLD
